Ritterling Realty, LLC is based in the Dallas, Texas area. Our mission is to provide our clients with a global solution to an array of market solutions. Cheryl Ritterling, together with her husband William Ritterling, chose to expand and incorporate the family’s successful business of many years formerly known as R-Tech (a sole proprietorship). Two new companies emerged. The first was formed in the year 2000 and named Ritterling Development, Incorporated and the second company, Ritterling Realty LLC, was formed when several key clients expressed a need for personalized brokerage services and a myriad of real estate related consulting services. Ritterling Realty has now expanded its business operations to reach beyond the needs of existing clients and to achieve Ritterling Realty’s goal of becoming a global service provider. Cheryl Ritterling is the President and CEO of Ritterling Realty, LLC. Mrs. Ritterling is a licensed Real Estate Broker and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and an Associates Degree in Engineering Technology. Mrs. Ritterling has worked in the service sector throughout most of her career and offers a wide range of talents including sales, service and training for the following industries: Retail and Residential Real Estate, Defense and Telecom. Mrs. Ritterling has formed international relationships in several business arenas in the following countries: USA, Japan, China, Czech Republic, Mexico, Malaysia, Sweden, Singapore and Turkey. Mrs. Ritterling is also the President and CEO of Ritterling Development, Inc. William Ritterling is the Vice President and COO of Ritterling Realty, LLC. Mr. Ritterling is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer and led a successful career with Edward J DeBartolo Corporation as a member of the Field Development Team prior to staring the family owned business formerly known as R-Tech. Mr. Ritterling was assigned to manage the Midwest and Western States Region including fourteen states and over twenty operating regional malls consisting of over 30 million square feet of retail and mixed use properties. At the time DeBartolo Corporation was the largest shopping mall owner and developer in the United States. During his tenure, Mr. Ritterling was responsible for the oversight of greater than 1 billion USD in new developments and for the design and construction management of ten new retail centers throughout the United States. Currently, Ritterling Realty’s portfolio includes residential and retail service sector clients and developers based in Texas, California and China. Ms. Ritterling has closed over 120 real estate transactions since 2003.
